Texas Tushies no longer accepts cancellations on in-stock purchases, we also can no longer adjust or alter orders due to our shipping platform. Please refer to our return policies to start a return if you are no longer in need of your order. 

Store Hours: 

Our online store is open 24/7. You may purchase anytime. If your order is an in-stock order, we will have it processed for shipment within 5 business days, but typically less. 
We ship orders and can answer emails Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 4pm. Please note if you email after our business hours Friday, you will receive a response within 3-5 business days, but we do try to answer as many emails as we can as soon as possible. Our response time slows down while we are shipping a preorder. Please refrain from emailing several times, as it will bump you to the bottom of the queue with each new email. 

 In-store Pickup: 

Orders placed and selected “pickup” as the delivery option can picked up : Tuesday-Saturday at 110 E Oak in Wylie, Texas 75098. We are open 10-5 Tuesday-Friday and Saturdays 12-5. 

If you chose to utilize our in-store pickup option your order must be picked up within 10 business days of our “ready to pickup” email. If the order has not been picked up within 10 business days and we have not been contacted regarding a new pickup date, your order is subject to cancellation without refund. 

If you select pickup, your order is brought over from our stock room. If you ask to cancel a pick-up order, the order can be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee, with the remainder left on store credit. Please do not place a pickup order, if you do not intent to pickup. 

Order Address Changes:

Always double check your order before submitting an in-stock order, we do not accept address changes on in-stock orders as we ship so quickly :) 


We accept returns of non-damaged, new items within 20 days of delivery date. After 20 days, we do not accept returns. Please note that you are required to pay return shipping. Once we receive returned items, we look them over thoroughly, if they appear new and undamaged, we credit the full cost of the items aside from the restocking fee, 5%. You MUST put your original packing slip inside your package. Failure to do so, will delay your store creditTo start your return, we require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by completing the request through the provided link -

 We do not accept items back that are from smoking homes, that are washed or used, due to the nature of most being baby items. Items must be new with tags, and are free from pet hair, and any fragrances. 

Processing a store credit request is based off of our response to your return request and receiving the order. Please submit a return request as soon as you receive your order to ensure it can be received back within the 20 day window. 

At this time, we do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed defective, unusable, incorrect or damaged. Refunds are a case by case basis. For a standard return, you will receive store credit.  Store credits do not expire. 

Returned to sender packages: 

If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, we are not obligated to reship the package. Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs to reship the item/s if the package arrives back to us. We will automatically invoice for shipping costs once the package has been received back to us, if the invoice goes unpaid for 7 days we will email you personally as a reminder. If there is no contact, and no paid invoice, the order will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, we will donate the items to the Cloth Option. 

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

Once we ship your items, we are no longer responsible for your order, but we will always help you locate them.

Route shipping insurance is the only coverage we offer if a package goes missing, is damaged, or is lost. If Route is de-selected from checkout, we can not ensure you will receive any compensation from USPS or UPS

Please call your local post office and ask about your package. Have your tracking number ready, as well as the tracking information that can be found on Most packages are found with only a slight delay in delivery.

We cannot guarantee a refund for lost or stolen packages, but will do our best to assist you with USPS/UPS claims the best that we can! 

We occasionally ship orders over $50 with UPS if the shipping paid is within $1 of the original paid shipping costs, as they offer insurance up to $100.

If you used a free shipping discount, Texas Tushies will ship the order in the most affordable way available. This does not guarantee the shipping selection you chose. 

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty: 

Texas Tushies provides product warranty for 20 days starting from the date that you receive your item. Warranty covers manufacturing defects: Damaged PUL, stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, and fabric. For any defects we ask that you contact us at with photos of the defects and your order number.

Do not post to our Facebook group if you have an issue, it will not speed up a response. 

Our warranty does NOT cover: Leaks, odor issues, repelling, staining, fading, colors, elastic issues past 1 month of purchase, fit issues, excessive wear and tear or non-manufacture errors.

Warranties are a case by case basis - we appreciate kindness.

Shoe Warranty & Terms - Shoes are covered 20 days from delivery date. This warranty covers abnormal wear and tear, please email or message us photos to show the defect, warranties are a case by case basis. Warranty does not include scraps and scratches after wear, or returns on used items. Texas Tushies is not responsible for incorrect sizing orders, please refer to the size chart and measure before purchase. If you wish to exchange for a different size, you will be responsible for return shipping to and from. 

Discount Codes: If you have a coupon or code, it MUST be entered when placing your order. We cannot add codes in after the order is submitted. Our website doesn’t give us this option, and if we refund, your order is marked as unpaid in our system. This creates inventory issues, and can cause your order to be overlooked. Please double check your cart before submitting. 

Reviews: We ask if you are going to write a negative review about our business, that you are very sure it is accurate. If Texas Tushies LLC believes this review is not truthful, inaccurate, or unnecessary, we reserve the right to refuse you service. If applicable, we can and will cancel orders, and you will be removed from our VIP group. While we are a very patient, forgiving, and fair business, we do not tolerate threats, lies, or not following our policies to the point of being threatened. We are a very small business, with only two customer service representatives. We are not Amazon, so please be kind and we will do the same :)
