Reselling terms & conditions

Texas Tushies brand of items may be resold on platforms such as Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, various Buy/Sell/Trade sites, EBay, offerup, etc. Texas Tushies items can NOT be resold on a website platform other than our own without a retailer agreement signed by us. Texas Tushies does not currently offer wholesale or third party reselling. If you are buying our brand, with this intent, your orders will be subject to cancellation with a 20% cancellation fee. You will also be removed from all of our social platforms, future and current orders will be cancelled, without hesitation. If our items are re-sold through a retail website, using our brand as marketing for your business, Texas Tushies holds the right to take legal action in preventing this. You MUST have a retailer agreement to market your business as a retailer for our brand.
